can receive expert evaluation, progress follow-ups and specialised guidance from our
paediatricians and multidisciplinary therapy team wherever you are.
Who is online child therapy suitable for?
Online consultation suits families who cannot travel to our Kalady, Angamaly or Mala
centres, families living outside Ernakulam or Thrissur, and families who need progress
follow-ups or guidance between in-person visits.
What happens during an online child therapy session?
You join a scheduled live video call with the relevant therapist or paediatrician. Depending
on the purpose of the session, this covers evaluation, a progress follow-up, or specialised
guidance and home programme planning for you to continue with your child.
Which departments offer online consultations?
Little Steps runs five departments: occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioural
therapy, special education and social work. Online sessions are available across these
services.
What do I need for a video consultation?
A phone, tablet or computer with a working camera and microphone and a stable internet
connection. A quiet room helps your child stay engaged during the session.
Where are the Little Steps centres located?
Little Steps has three centres in Kerala: Malayattoor Road, Kalady, Ernakulam; TB Junction,
Angamaly, Ernakulam; and near Thomson Medical Centre, Mala, Thrissur.
What are your working hours?
The Kalady centre is open 9 AM to 8 PM and the Angamaly and Mala centres are open
9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. All centres are closed on Sundays.
